Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: radiologically confirmed gonarthritis (ICD-10-GM M17.0-, – M17.9-); Barthel Index > 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 99 years. Allergies or intolerances against used products (Healing Clay (Mud)). Non-attendance or transfer to a different Hospital, necessary operations.
