Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: International agency-recruited nurses (IRNs). Members of the senior service and nursing assistance who work in the selected pilot wards Participation in Welcome Weeks and/or participation in cultural workshops Language level at least B2 Voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other professions No participation in Welcome Weeks or cultural workshop Other SALK locations International nursing staff without recruitment by an agency
