Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - diagnosed with MS (each type) - knowledge of german language - mobile phones with access to internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute orthopedic injury - instable heart or pulmonal disease - cognitive disorders - planned vacation trip > 2 weeks during study period - participation in other non-pharmacological studies with potential influence on the outcomes
