Inclusion criteria: Operations with activation of the Region of Lifesavers system by the dispatch centre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: False alarms (termination by the dispatch centre, accidental activation of the system), test alarms

• Necessary first responder density (number of first responders per km2/ per 100,000 inhabitants) for safe operation of the system (arrival 50 %). • Process time (e.g. duration between emergency call and arrival of first responders at the scene, duration between receipt of the emergency alarm and departing to the scene, comparison of arrival time recording via GPS and manual feedback) • Evaluation of the first responder report with questions about the operation • Number of available AEDs, frequency of AED use, development of the AED network
