Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treatment with high-volume plasmapheresis in children with pediatric acute liver failure according to PALF Study Group criteria: - Acute hepatocellular damage with elevated transaminases. - No pre-existing chronic liver disease - INR = 1.5* in the presence of hepatic encephalopathy (HE) - INR = 2.0* with or without HE (* after i.v. vitamin K administration)
