Inclusion criteria: 1. surgery of Acute Type A Aortic Dissection (group 1) 2. surgery of Acute Coronary Syndrome (group 2)

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete laboratory data 2. Incomplete documentation of symptoms, etc.
