Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: regular sport activity with competition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known underlying pulmonary or cardiac disease defined as. Heart failure with preserved or reduced pump function, Myocarditis, known coronary artery disease, obstructive restrictive lung disease. Lack of consent Pregnancy
