Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aneurysmal SAB, Informed consent for the research project, Voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal by patient or legal guardian or health care proxy, withdrawal of consent given, pregnancy, bleeding event more than 24 hours before admission to ICU 91

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Is there a statistically significant correlation of an increase in both biomarkers GFAP and UCH-L1 with delayed cerebral ischemia after SAB, diagnosed by means of the diagnostic capabilities available to date.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Is either one biomarker or a combination of both biomarkers more suitable for the detection of delayed cerebral ischemia.
