Group 1: 20 patients with present post COVID disease (COVIDOM PCS Score moderate >10.75 bis = 26.25) Group 2: 20 patients with present post COVID disease (COVIDOM PCS Score severe >26.25) Group 3: 20

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Signed informed consent -Ability to consent -Confirmed infection with Corona virus SARS-CoV-2 -Confirmed infection not older than 18 months -No severe chronic underlying disease at the time-point of SARS-CoV-2 infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any disease or condition which does not allow blood-sampling (jugded by the study investigator) -severe chronic disease which was present before SARS-CoV-2 infection -prior Plasmapheresis or Immuno-adsorption procedures -Current smoker or ex-smoker (<5 years)
