Design outcomes

Primary

The primary outcome measure of this study is the change in sleep duration and sleep-wake rhythm across three assessment time points (T0, T1, T2). Here, T0 (pre) represents the baseline measurement before the intervention begins, T1 (post) denotes the measurement immediately following the intervention at week 10, and T2 (follow-up) signifies the measurement of the outcome in week 20, ten weeks after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is attention performance, which is assessed using the Psychomotor Vigilance Test at three time points (T0, T1, T2) .
