Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy, employable people - Age >18 years - written informed consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - known liver diseases - implants not suitable for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - pregnancy - severe claustrophobia - lack of capacity to give consent
