Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spine fracture of Th11, Th12, L1 or L2 of type A3N0 according to AO Spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological deficits (N1-Nx), age <18 years, outpatient treatment.

Percentage of patients treated surgically or conservatively and percentage of patients with change of therapy regime from conservative to operative

MeasureTime frame
Posttraumatic endplate angle (monosegmental and bisegmental) in both groups, vertebral body compression rate, load sharing grade according to McCormack Load Sharing Classification.
