Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary endpoint is the evaluation of the designed health-promoting intervention measures. Among other things, the effects of this intervention on anthropometric, medical, motor, psychosocial and cognitive parameters of the residents and staff will be recorded. Finally, the question will be answered as to whether this health-promoting intervention can be implemented in the setting of inpatient care and what optimisation may still be necessary. All assessments will be repeated longitudinally after 12 months in order to measure the effects of the intervention. The same research methods are always used for the evaluation of results, structures and processes. Examination procedures for residents: - Mini-Mental-Status-Examination 2 Short version - Hand dynamometer - Short Physical Performance Battery - Tilburg Frailty Indicator - LUCAS Frailty index (2 items) - DIA-S - FSOZU - XSMFAD - Pedometer Examination methods Employees - Hand dynamometer - 2 minutes step test - 1 minute stand up test | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| By means of self-developed questionnaires for the entire staff, the facility management and exercise instructors, the concept and the structure of the intervention will be sufficiently evaluated after the end of the project. These surveys will take place longitudinally after 12 months. In addition, a survey of residents and staff will be conducted after 5 months in order to evaluate the feasibility of the intervention. | — |
