Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: arterial hypertension (high normal, grade I, grade II) in 24h blood pressure monitoring
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pAVK IIb- IV Recent myocardial infarction in the last 6 months Chronic renal insufficiency from stage III onwards Cortisone therapy Advanced heart failure NYHA III and IV Unstable CHD Dementia Patients not able to give consent Advanced mobility impairment Pregnant women Acute severe infections Carrying out a fasting cure Not able to speak German Patients who regularly perform Kneipp treatments
