Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The effects of self-efficacy will be measured with electronic questionnaires in SoSciRLP. The questionnaires are filled in by participants online at the first therapy session (t0), after the sixth sessions (t1) and twelve weeks after the last treatment session (t2). Datas will be gathered by using questions regarding personal details and using the questionnaire "Patient Enablement Instrument - Back Pain German version" (PEI-BP).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The effects of subjective pain intensity will be measured with a combination of a numarical rating scale (NRS) ("avarage of pain last 24 hours", "maximum of pain last 24 hours") and the "Musculoskeletal Health Questionnaire"(MSK-HQ). The data will be collected online at the first therapy session (t0), after the sixth sessions (t1) and twelve weeks after the last treatment session (t2) by using SoSciRLP. Simultaneously, data regarding the use of the quiz app (frequency of use, using function such as "likes" or answering questions again, selected answers, time of answering, dropout rate) will be gathered automatically.
