Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (ICD-10: G20) -Modified Hoehn & Yahr stage I to IV -Self-reported FOG severity of at least one FOG episode per month, regardless of whether FOG occurred during ON or OFF medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Falling more than once a week - Inability to walk 6 metres indoors without a mobility scooter or rollator - Adult representative
