Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with coxarthrosis who have a total hip arthroplasty implanted - Patients with gonarthrosis who are implanted with a total knee arthroplasty - Patients with revision surgery on the hip due to implant loosening - Patients with revision surgery on the knee due to implant loosening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Detection of infections with hepatitis viruses, MRSA - Known depression - Heavy smokers - Patients with positive tumor history

MeasureTime frame
The primary goal is to characterize cell populations and their molecular composition in the lo-cal and systemic tissue response ("host response") in the context of hip and knee implants.
