Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - scheduled for electrophysiological redo procedure for ablation of atrial fibrillation - post ablation for atrial fibrillation (PVI) - age > 18 years - Study participants are willing and able to give their written consent to participate in the study and agree to participate in all follow-up examinations and evaluations.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Complete high density 3D map of the left atrium in sinus rhythm (SR) and measurement of effective refractory period (ERP) at a minimum of 5 sites

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Number of identified Atrial Fibrillation Initiation Sites (AFIS) - Correlation of AFIS and Non-AFIS with ablation sites - Correlation of ablated AFIS and Non-AFIS with the clinical success after 6 and 12 month - Freedom from atrial fibrillation (Afib) after 6 and 12 month depending on AFIS and Non-AFIS sites - Freedom from atrial tachycardia (AT) after 6 and 12 month depending on AFIS and Non-AFIS sites
