Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physician-Prescribed Rehabilitation Sports, Chronic Lower Back Pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumors, Fractures, and Osteoporosis, Infections, and Rheumatic Inflammatory Spinal Conditions, Independent Training or Physiotherapeutic Applications

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Subjective pain perception is assessed using a numerical rating scale. Pain sensitivity in the lumbar region of the spine is measured semi-objectively using pressure pain thresholds.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Isometric trunk strength in flexion and extension. Pain-related impairment measured using the Disability Score. Pain-related impairment assessed using the Von Korff grading.
