Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemic sclerosis meeting 2013 ACR/ EULAR classification criteria, informed consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary osteoporosis, glucocorticoid therapy

Statistical association between VDR gene polymorphisms (FokI or BsmI genotypes) and decreased BMD/osteoporosis measured by DXA
