Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed declaration of consent from the patient Confirmed diagnosis of CHD Confirmed diagnosis of hyperlipoproteinemia > 12 months and At least one lipid-lowering therapy in the last 12 months prescribed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing pregnancy Lipidapheresis therapy (current or in the past) Participation in any interventional study with active lipid-lowering therapy

1. presentation of the achievement of ESC guideline-compliant LDL target values and medication regimens (incl. dosage) in the so-called “real world scenario” 2. documentation of the actual lipid parameters and drug prescriptions
