Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written declaration of consent for participation in the study after explanation Valid driving license At least 2 years of driving experience Cementless implant Full weight bearing on the operated extremity should be possible Follow-up treatment takes place in one of the cooperating rehabilitation facilities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative: Paralysis and impairment of the lower extremities Diabetic foot syndrome Severe polyneuropathies Insufficient resilience of the lower extremity(s) Severe foot deformity with reduced resilience Radicular problems in the lumbar spine and hips Neurological and psychiatric underlying diseases Pain in the lumbar spine and hips Multiple surgical pretreatments of the affected extremities Post-operative: Only partial loading possible Femur fractures/fissures Dislocation or infections
