Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 18 Years to be in the position to be self-determined written acquiescence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidities such as hyperthyroidism or hypercortisolism. 2. Acute or chronic urinary tract infection. 3. Use of NSAIDs in the previous 48 hours (ibuprofen, naproxen, meloxicam, diclofenac), excluding the use of acetylsalicylic acid (=100mg/day). 4. Pregnant and breastfeeding women. 5. Individuals who are detained under government or court orders in an institution. 6. Individuals who are in a dependency or employment relationship with the sponsor or investigator. 7. Poor venous status in the forearms.
