Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of immune defect written consent controls: patients with partial DiGeorge Syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: after hematopoetic stem cell transplantation after thymus transplantation acute infections Tumour Diseases, which impact the immune system (latent or persistent viral infections)
