Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of long-standing symptoms (for several months), chronic diseases. Written consent of the patient and written consent of the patient's legal representative. Inpatient stay.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not agree to participate in the study or do not have the consent of their legal representatives. Not capable of being informed for linguistic, psychological or somatic reasons.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Generation of epidemiological, medical and care-related data on chronic diseases in adolescence as a basis for further development of care concepts and establishment of an interdisciplinary data network within the framework of the WZKJ.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Developing a systematically improved understanding of cross-disease relationships, enabling the development of holistic treatment approaches, and identifying disease-specific and overlapping predispositions, risk, and protective factors.
