Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being insured with the health insurance offering the program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with limited powers of decision-making, who are younger than 18 or older than 75 years of age cannot participate. Further, physical impairments or medical reasons that prevent sports activities do not allow participation.

physical activity, as measured per daily smartphone assessment (ecological momentary assessment EMA) as minutes of at least moderate vigorous physical activity and via the IPAQ questionnaire; nutrition, as measured per daily EMA as portions of unhealthy snacks and sugar-sweetened beverages (one item) and portions of fruits and vegetables (one item) as well as via a Food Frequency Questionnaire
