Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary endpoint is the improvement in the Demmi score (mobility score) as a function of physical activity, as measured by the ActivPAL. What form of physical activity is most effective in improving patients' mobility until discharge? | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 2. What is the course of physical activity during acute treatment after a proximal femur fracture? 3. What influence does physical activity before the fracture event have on the improvement of mobility, functionality and physical activity during the inpatient stay? 4.Is there a threshold of physical activity to improve mobility at discharge? 5. Is there a difference in improvement of mobility and physical activity between patients with femoral neck fracture and those with pertrochanteric femur fracture? 6. How does physical activity develop in the further course, six months after discharge? Is there a correlation between the physical activity during the hospital stay physical activity during the hospitalisation and the pre-discharge physical activity and the physical physical activity six months after discharge? | — |
