Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Alcohol dependence confirmed with alcohol consumption within the last 3 weeks before the start of the study, basic desire for treatment, sufficient language skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current alcohol withdrawal syndrome, psychotic disorder (current or lifetime), schizoaffective, bipolar or cyclothymic disorder (current or lifetime), eating disorder with body mass index 6 hours, medication immediately before the start of the stimulation phase.

Craving, depression, anxiety, impulsivity and cognitive functioning after completion of the intervention and in the 3- and 6-month follow-up period, alcohol consumption days and quantity as well as relapse frequency in the 3- and 6-month follow-up period, number of errors and reaction time in the GO/NOGO and Stroop task
