Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in geriatric rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Center Oldenburg with the following main diagnoses: heart failure, condition after transcatheter aortic valve implantation, condition after surgical replacement of the heart valves, myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, cardiomyopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No participation in the geriatric rehabilitation program

Heart rate and walking distance during a 2 min walking test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Routine data from the patient record, such as Short-FESI, Timed Up and Go Test, Tinetti Test, Mini Mental Status Test, Geriatric Depression Scale.
