Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Is hemodynamic monitoring used in the clinics? - Which procedures are used? - Is there a difference between maximum care clinics, focus clinics and basic and standard care clinics? - Is there a difference in the geographical distribution in Germany? - Are there differences in the professional experience of the users?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Which parameters do anesthesiologists usually record as part of hemodynamic monitoring? - Do anesthesiologists in your department have an SOP on hemodynamics according to which they use hemodynamic monitoring or control therapy? - Do anesthesiologists use extended hemodynamic monitoring (e.g. PiCCO) usually at the beginning of anesthesia induction or at the beginning of surgery at the latest, or only when an unstable circulatory situation occurs intraoperatively? - What are the reasons for anesthesiologists to establish hemodynamic monitoring already before the induction of anesthesia or when taking over an already anesthetized patient? - Which three parameters do anesthesiologists consider to be the most important in intraoperative monitoring of anesthetized patients? - Which circulatory drugs do anesthesiologists use intraoperatively? How do they administer them (peripherally / centrally)? - According to which parameters do anesthesiologists primarily control the administration of circulatory drugs? (e.g. MAP, Cardiac Index, SVV, PPV etc.). - What options are available to anesthesiologists in your hospital for hemodynamic monitoring?
