from the start of immunosuppression to the time of data collection in the dermato-oncological special consultation for chronically immunosuppressed patients: - cumulative incidence of skin tumors according to medical history and clinical / histological findings - Sun protection behavior according to patient self-declaration - Incidence of non-neoplastic skin diseases according to medical history and clinical/ histopathological findings - Psycho-oncological stress according to the Hornheide questionnaire at the time of consultation at the dermato-oncological special consultation for chronically immunosuppressed patients

differences regarding sun protection behavior, smoking behavior, education about sun protection measures, frequency of use of the special consultation hours, frequency and type of therapy required (operative/conservative), reason for the first visit: curative/preventive, trust in the doctor according to KPF, desire for psycho-oncological support
