Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Population of patients of the Polyclinic for Dental Preservation and Periodontology minimum 4 remaining teeth PI-LTC > 0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent form available No sufficient mouth opening <4 remaining teeth or expected loss of remaining dentition

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome measure is the correlation of the Plaque Index for Long Term Care (PI-LTC) comparing scan versus clinical findings at different times (with and without staining, after professional brushing)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are the Marginal Gingival Index (MGI), the Denture Hygiene Index (DHI), the oral investigation incl. type of prosthetic restoration and clinical characteristics collected in the context of the curative care
