Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years + diagnosed OPMD in need of treatment no dysplasia, mild dysplasia or moderate dysplasia signed the formal consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic contraindications against surgical procedures conditions or medication that would interfere with the wound healing patients with diagnosed severe dysplasia
