Group 1: Patients with sepsis according to sepsis-3 definition
On ten consecutive days during the course of sepsis the VExUS score will be acquired daily.

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: — Female, male and diverse patients — Diagnosis of sepsis after sepsis-3 definition — Age > 18 years 75ml/min)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age 80 years - Lack of consent - Heart failure = NYHA I - Renal artery stenosis - Z.n. nephrectomy/splenectomy
