Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Adults aged at least 70 years. b) Persons living independently in their domestic environment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Unable or unwilling to give informed consent. b) Insufficient ability to understand the content and procedure of the study or the German language. c ) Subjects with cognitive impairments (e.g. dementia) or subjects with dysphagia who require a texture-altered diet d) severe visual impairments that do not allow independent operation of the tablet e) Simultaneous participation in other studies to influence dietary behaviour f) Presence of diet-related diseases that require separate dietary recommendations not covered by settings in the NuMob-e-App.
