Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all consecutive patients (01/2002-06-2021) who underwent endoscopic transluminal debridement for acute necrotising pancreatitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients < 18 years Endoscopic treatment without debridement

Combined primary endpoint of endoscopic treatment success without pancreatitis-associated mortality, without surgery, without major complications
