Group 1: Intervention 1: Mobility training, 3x/week, for 4 weeks (MR) Group 2: Intervention 2: Crosstrainer training, 3x/week, for 4 weeks (CT)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to practice simple gymnastic exercises without any pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeries or medical pathologies on the back or the extremities

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Stiffness of the myofascia with (large area) shear wave elastography (SWE) at 22 regions. 2. Range of motion (ROM), of the cervical and lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle joints using goniometers.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Pressure pain threshold (PPT) at the trapezius muscle and thoracolumbar fascia (TLF) level LWK 4. 2. Tension, pain and discomfort are recorded with the numeric pain scale / Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) from 0-10.
