Interventions

Group 1: Included patients are screened for major/mild NCD through MoCA, MMSE, BAS, and the newly designed Klein-Score.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Admitted to the emergency room of the university hospital Jena - Native speaker German - Duration of stay in the emergency room between 20 minutes and 12 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Isolated due to infection - Critical illness - GCS < 13
