Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Cohort: -BMI over 25 Control group -BMI under 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For MRI subjects: Metal implant and defibrillators/pacemakers and weight = 100kg. - pregnancy - high probability of insufficient compliance - simultaneous participation in other examinations - BMI > 40 - Pregnancy - Chronic infectious diseases - Orthopedic and internal acute diseases - Diseases with exercise-induced risks (e.g. progressive heart failure, exercise-induced hypertension)
