| The main objectives are, in terms of continuous monitoring: - to observe the current situation and developments over time in the care of children and adolescents with rheumatic diseases in Germany, - to gain insights into the medical, social, and economic consequences of juvenile inflammatory rheumatic diseases outside the scope of controlled clinical studies, - to investigate the burden of disease and disease progression in various pediatric clinical pictures, - to gain new insights into the prognosis of various inflammatory rheumatic diseases under real care conditions through long-term observation of all patients receiving continuous pediatric rheumatological care, - to contribute to the assessment of the cost structure in relation to quality of life and treatment by recording treatment-related costs. | — |
