Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Included are 18- to 65-year-old individuals with a physician-diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease and German language proficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant as well as lactating persons and persons undergoing inpatient hospital treatment at the time of recruitment are excluded.
