Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ambulance crew members in the area of the headquartes Ludwigshafen deployments require: - deployment alerting minimum one ambulance (type C according to EN1789) -crew members are recruited and briefed concerning the trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: crew members without giving consent are excluded deploments are excluded if: - cancelled during approach - no patient is found - only provision (eg. for fire runs) without patient - secondary transport (eg. interhospital transfers) - patient is minor (<18 years old) - patient is found dead or dies on the incident scene
