Group 1: Observational study: patients suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases and receiving anti-cytokine therapy for the first time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed chronic inflammatory disease - First-time targeted anti-cytokine therapy upcoming - Participation in the Biological Follow Up Study - Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Edentulousness - Ongoing periodontal therapy - Need for endocarditis prophylaxis
