Part A: Change in subjective health perception after 12 months of training in the association IN|FORM e.V. Time: T1 and T3, at the beginning and after 12 months of membership in the association IN|FORM e. V. Questionnaire: RAND 36-Item Short Form Survey (SF-36) Part B: Achievement of cost coverage for safeguarding trainings in the IN|FORM e. V. association. -continuous (monthly) recording, endpoint status 18 months after the start of the sports courses -cost statement: income and expenses for the sports courses

a) Achievement rates for training participation depending on e.g. age, gender, social status, disease. - Questionnaire on personal data - once at the start of membership in the association b) change in symptom burden after 6 or 12 months of training - modified Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale (mMRC), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS-D). -at baseline, after 6- and 12-month membership in the club. c) Changes in emotional and social role functioning or functioning ability after 6- and 12-month training. - RAND 36-Item Short Form Survey (SF-36) - at baseline, after 6 and 12 months of membership in the club. d) Change in physical activity during leisure time - Saltin-Grimby Physical Activity Level Scale (SGPALS), 6 and 12 months after club membership - at baseline, after 6 and 12-month membership in the club. e) Change in subjective and objective physical fitness after 6 and 12 months of training, respectively. - Questionnaire to assess motor function status (FFB-Mot) and functional diagnostics: bioimpedance analysis, spirometry, coordination tests, handgrip strength, 60s sit-to-stand test, stand and reach test, neck and apron grip, 6-minute walk test - at the beginning, after 6 and 12 months of membership in the club. f) Course and membership development in the association IN|FORM e. V. over 12 and 18 months g) Utilization of the training courses h) Adherence of the participants to the training courses -continuous recording by the trainers or treasurer of the association. Data will be made available for evaluation i) attachment of the participants to the respective group j) Relationship to the trainer - The group questionnaire (GQ-D) - after 6 and 12 months of membership
