Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radiologically confirmed thoracic and/or lumbar osteochondrosis of the spine (M42.1, M42.9, Barthel index >70)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 65 years; wounds in the treatment area; Red flags of the spine; known allergies; Previous spinal surgery; study discontinuation/patient discontinuation; transfer of the patient
