Design outcomes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
BIOMARKERS • Maximum, observed serum level (max. 72 hours after revascularization): • Troponin (normalized on the myocardial area at risk) • CK-MB (normalized on the myocardial area at risk) • proBNP ECHOCARDIOGRAM • LV-EF during the index hospitalisation (prior discharge) • Diastolic LV-dysfunction (E/e´ mean > 14, LA > 34 ml/m2, TR velocity > 2,9 m/s) CLINICAL OUTCOMES: • In-hospital survival • Killip class 3 or 4 during the index hospitalization • Killip class 2 during the index hospitalization • Life-threatening ventricular arrhythmiaStent thrombosis (Type 4b MI per UDMI) during index hospitalisation • acute kidney injury assessed by elevation of serum Creatinin and/or decrease of eGFR (according to the RIFLE criteria 10.1186/cc2872) • Days hospitalized • Days ICU treatment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The maximum observed serum level of cardiac TroponinT in the first 72 hours after revascularization normalized on the myocardial area at risk as determined by coronary angiography.
