Group 1: In patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome, the endothelial function is checked once with an EndoPat measurement.
In addition, a questionnaire interview (created specifically for the study)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Given consent with capacity to consent present. Meet current EULAR classification criteria for primary Sjögren's syndrome or systemic sclerosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: current pregnancy not fulfilling the inclusion criteria lack of consent and capacity to consent Control patients must not have an underlying inflammatory disease
