Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy subjects without any chronic disorder • All participants have to give written informed consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Orthopedic surgery of the lower extremity within the last 12 months • Contraindications for treatment with magnetic stimulation or MRI imaging: o Diagnosis of epilepsy o Ferromagnetic implant / biomedical device (e.g., cochlear implant, pacemaker, vagus nerve stimulator, ventriculo-peritoneal shunt) o Pregnancy o Claustrophobia

Are there effects on cortical excitability measured by nTMS (changes in MEP-amplitude) after T60 (60 minutes after rNMS stimulation) compared to T0 (baseline)?
