Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - German language skills. - Able to get to the location of the assessment and exercise intervention independently - Informed consent for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Medical prohibition against regular physical activity. - A serious, medically diagnosed health event within the last six months. - Participation in other clinical trials, e.g., to test new medicines. - Regular participation in physical activity offers/programs twice a week

| Adoption, promotion and maintenance of an active lifestyle in the living environments of older persons in terms of behavioral and situational prevention. Sustainable strengthening of the fields of action "physical activity" (strength, balance, endurance, coordination, mobility), "cognition" (e.g. memory, attention, mental flexibility) and "psychosocial health" (e.g. quality of life, mental health, social participation). To record the effects of physical activity in <75-year-olds on: 1. self-assessment of health assessed by: EQ-5D-3L, EQ-VAS 2. physical performance assessed by: Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), hand strength measurement (JAMAR® Smart Hand Dynamometer, Performance Health Supply Inc, Cedarburg, USA), 2-minute step-test (TMTS). 3. cognitive functions assessed by: MoCA 4. psychosocial health assessed by standardized questionnaires: TFI, F-SOZU, DIA-S, PHQ-9, 5. physical activity assessed by: activity tracker Omron Walking style One 2.1, PRISCUS_PAQ. Data will be collected at baseline, at the end, and six months after an exercise intervention. | — |
