Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe unipolar depression < 60 years at first episode stationary or ambulatory treatment in the clinic indication for an antidepressive medication fluent german MRI-suitable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Indication for an ECT, Ketamin or sleep-deprivation therapy DSM-5 diagnose of dementia, schizophrenia, schizo- or bipolare depressive disorder current pregnancy traumatic brain injury in medical history severe internistic or neurological underlying disease
